Descriptions of services, courses, and modules on this site are indicative and are confirmed in detail during the scoping conversation before an engagement begins. Mindful Leadership Co reserves the right to adapt session content, timing, and format to suit a specific team, cohort, or individual's needs.
For exam-preparation courses (PTE, IELTS, OET) in particular: a specific band score or result is never guaranteed, as outcomes depend on an individual's starting level, effort, and attendance. Course content, mock tests, and feedback are designed to support genuine improvement, not to promise a specific score.
Fees, payment schedules, and enrolment terms for any course or engagement are confirmed directly with Mindful Leadership Co before an engagement begins, and are not processed through this website. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation terms.
All course material, frameworks, slides, and written content provided during a program remain the intellectual property of Mindful Leadership Co unless otherwise agreed in writing, and are provided for the participant's personal or internal organisational use, not for resale or redistribution.
Mindful Leadership Co provides training, coaching, and educational services in good faith and with professional care, but does not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in a program, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, having jurisdiction over any dispute.
