Individual course cancellations

If you need to cancel your enrolment in Spoken English & Voice and Accent, Public Speaking & Personality Development, or PTE/IELTS/OET training:

Cancellations made at least [X days] before the batch start date are eligible for a [X%] refund.
Cancellations made within [X days] of the batch start date are eligible for a [X%] refund, or a credit toward a future batch.
Once a batch has started, fees already paid are [refundable / non-refundable — confirm], though rescheduling to a later batch may be possible on request.

Rescheduling

If you need to move to a different batch or 1:1 slot, let us know at least [X days] in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate the change at no extra cost.

Corporate & university engagements

Cancellation and rescheduling terms for corporate training, FDPs, and other institutional engagements are confirmed in writing as part of the individual program agreement, since these are scoped and priced per engagement.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email utsav@mindfulleadershipco.com with your name, the course or program, and your enrolment date, and we'll confirm the applicable refund or rescheduling option within 2 working days.

Exceptional circumstances

Requests outside the windows above (for medical or other genuine emergencies) are considered on a case-by-case basis.
